  The Chapel Program

As an Episcopal school, we consider it our mission to foster the spiritual lives of our students. Our program includes chapel services each week, some based on the Episcopal liturgy and others providing time for exploration of other faiths and the celebration of school achievements. Through the observance and understanding of the meaning of religious holidays and events, and through our religious studies curriculum, we encourage our students and teachers of different faiths to discover their moral and spiritual compass. We emphasize the Christian ethical principles and beliefs upon which the school is founded, but also explore, compare and appreciate other religious traditions, their shared values and differences. The Episcopal context allows us to address the complexities of ethical issues, of human relationships and the role of spirituality in the lives of our young students.
